The upcoming episode of Diya Aur Baati Hum will show that Suraj (Anas Rashid) faces a dilemma to choose Bhabho's (Neelu Vaghela) life or that woman's life who is forced by her husband to donate kidney to Bhabho.
Suraj decides not to take woman's kidney without her wish.
