It was earlier seen that Sarabjit and Meher misses the donor as she gets pregnant.
Being left with no other option Meher decides to turn donor for Param.
The doctor informs Meher about her one percent chances of survival while Meher is ready to risk her life.
For Meher, Param is most important person in her life as she loves him a lot.
While Sarabjit is not ready to risk Meher’s life as chances of survival for Meher is only one percent.
Sarabjit scolds Meher and he reveals that he cannot risk three lives Pram Meher and unborn.
