After how Kunal revealed his blood relation with Parul to the world, Meenakshi is all pissed off as she can't lose her name fame and money to Parul.
Thus she starts her dirty game and gets Parul's interview to the media where she innocently reveals everything to the media.
Although Parul is an illiterate woman and is a simple living woman, Meenakshi makes Parul feel guilty after she indirectly makes Parul confess that she is not worth to handle business and replace Meenakshi.
