Star Plus popular and longest running serial Yeh Rishta had a big family starting from Akshara and Naitik.
Earlier we had reported about the actors who quit the show or walked out of the serial.
Here is the detailed information about the actors who walked out of the show.
Pankhuri Awasthy aka Vedika left the show post her track got over. Vedika was Kartik’s second wife and wanted him badly where she turned negative. But Kartik Naira’s true love exposed her and won over evil.
Parul Chauhan aka Swarna was unhappy with the generation leap and she is not so keen in playing the role of grandmother and hence quit the show.
Mohena Kumari Singh aka Keerthi left the show as she was getting married and was unhappy with the generation leap story too and didn’t wanted to play a mother onscreen so early.
Karan Mehra aka first Naitik Singhania quit the show owing to health issues. There was also rumours that he was unhappy with his co-star Hina Khan’s aka Akshara’s rude behaviour.
Rohan Mehra aka first Naksh quit the show as he wanted to enter Salman Khan’s reality serial Bigg Boss.
Kanchi Singh aka Gayu quit show as she was upset with her character shaping up in show. Kanchi thought her character was less focussed that Shivangi Joshi.
Rishi Dev aka Naksh made his entry as a replacement for Rohan Mehra. Rishi was got busy with his new venture on YouTube post he bid adieu to the serial and later Shehzad Sheikh tookover the role.
Ashish Kapoor aka Nikhil he was a fraud in serial, played Rashmi’s ex-husband, Rajendra and Rama Dadi’s son and Gayu’s father.
Athar Habib was seen playing the role of Akshara’s brother where he quit the serial six years ago.
Divya Bhatnagar aka Gulabo was playing the character of maid in Singhania house.
Sanjay Gandhi who played the role of Mahendra quit the serial due to issues between him and co-star Sonali Verma and Sandeep Mehta.
Sonali Verma used to play the role of Naitik’s mother but later she too quit the show.
Hina Khan aka Akshara the leading lady of the show quit the show because she thought Kartik and Naira are the leads henceforth and she got nothing much to do. Hina Khan wanted to explore other things and hence she quit the show.
Sunita Rajwar used to play the role of Dhania post entertaining the viewers for three years, she walked out of the show.
