It was earlier seen that Naira was rushed to hospital for the delivery.
Further Naksh craves for ice-cream and hence Kartik rushes to bring the same.
When he returns back he witness Dadi playing with baby girl and adoring her.
Kartik feels he missed the golden chance to witness Naira’s delivery.
