It was earlier seen that Aditi had performed Meher's delivery, Manav finds Meher's file.
Manav gets shocked to know that Sarabjit had decided to save Meher over the baby in the complicated delivery.
Manav just gets to see Sarabjit's decision, but he is unaware about the Sarabjit's condition and the prayers made by him to save the baby as well along with Meher.
Manav thus runs to meet Meher and confront her about their love baby.
But Manav misses meeting Meher but meets Sarabjit.
