It was earlier seen that Navya cannot conceive and hence she asks Renuka to turn her surrogate mother.
In real not Navya but Renuka only gives her concern to get pregnant.
Navya initially refuses but Renuka convinces her to do this.
On the other side Aditya is not convinced to get Renuka pregnant at this age.
When Aditya goes to meet his friend they discuss about an elderly woman who is pregnant and facing many complications.
On his way back home Aditya thinks about Renuka and gets tensed.
