It was earlier seen that Kartik comes to know about Kairav's critical condition where they might lose him if they don't get Sirat back.
Kartik left with no other option runs to Sirat to get her back home.
Kartik requests before Sirat to come home for Kairav where she is least interested in turning his Governess.
Finally hoping to give motherly love to Kairav, Sirat makes a decision to live with Kairav to give him a long life.
Here Kartik and Sirat comes to meet Kairav where they hug him.
Sirat shares the same bond just like Naira with Kairav.
