Colors most popular serial Balika Vadhu which showcase the story of the life of a child bride from childhood to womanhood is all set to make a comeback with season 2.
The first season focused on Anandi and Jagdish, who were married in childhood. Later Ganga and Shiv were paired with Jagdish and Anandi respectively.
The second part reflected the life of Anandi's daughter, Dr. Nandini aka Nimboli who was also a child bride.
It has been credited as the first Indian fiction show to complete 2000 episodes.
Now as per the latest news the show is all set to make its comeback on Colors TV with popular lead.
Shiddharth Shukla is all set to play the leading man and Avika Gor is roped to play the leading lady in show.
