It was earlier seen that Kartik comes to know that Sirat still loves Ranveer a lot.
Further Sirat is fighting with her over Ranveer's return when she is all set to move on in life with Kartik.
Kartik gets to see Sirat and the way she is juggling between past and present.
Hence Kartik makes his decision open to Sirat as he wants Sirat to reunite with love Ranveer.
Kartik knows Ranveer loves Sirat a lot and hence he wants the duo to unite and get married.
