In the upcoming story of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, a lot is going to change in Kartik and Sirat’s life.
As per the ongoing storyline, Kartik is fighting his dilemma after Ranveer asked him to marry Sirat.
Further in the episode when Ranveer and Kartik accompany Sirat to the auspicious pooja,
