The major consequences of the birthday party are going to create a new ruckus in the Goenka family in the upcoming sequence of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.

Kartik lashes out at Sirat and questions her the reason for trying to hop into every little thing forgetting her own self.

Finally, Sirat breaks the silence and reveals that she wants to be Naira.

When Sirat reveals the reason behind doing so, Kartik and the entire Goenkas get shocked cum upset.
