Star plus TV serial Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein is all set for one of the most horrible twists of Sayi’s accident.
A mysterious couple meets with an accident on the way when stuck amid the traffic Sayi sees their kid in danger.
Sayi recklessly runs and saves the kid but unfortunately she herself falls into the pit.
This much isn’t enough that Sayi’s head gets hit by an iron rod due to which she gets brain injuries and this is how she falls into death mouth.
Thankfully Aniket manages to see Sayi and recklessly rushes her to the hospital with the help of the same couple.
