The upcoming story of Star Plus TV serial Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein will focus on Sayi’s accident and then her serious brain surgery.
Virat becomes heartless towards Sayi when Aayi brings her last letter and reads that she left the house.
While Aayi, Shivani, Devyani, and Samrat defend Sayi, Virat completely acts senseless and arrogant.
Virat even refuses to stop Sayi from leaving which is why Samrat takes a dig at him.
