The upcoming track of Star Plus popular serial Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein will showcase shocking twist and turn.
It was earlier seen that Sayi falls in huge pit where she is rushed to hospital.
Sayi's surgery begins where she is much critical and Virat is blamed for her state.
This time Virat is not at fault but he is still blamed where Virat is quiet this time as he cannot see Sayi in pain.
When Sayi is in pain Virat too cries for her.
Now Pulkit comes to Samrat and informs him that Sayi needs blood immediately or else her life is at high rsk.
Samrat and Virat hear the same and turn tensed for Sayi's health.
