Sayi’s accident twist really spiced up the story of Star plus serial Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein.
However, there is more to it because after the accident Sayi and Virat’s life is going to change.
Virat decides to leave Sayi because he knows that she doesn’t want to be with him and that is why she left the Chavan Niwas.
In between when Sayi gains her consciousness and finds that Virat only saved her life by arranging the blood timely,
