The upcoming track of Star Plus popular serial Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai will showcase interesting twist and turn.
It was earlier seen that Kartik gets badly injured where he needs to be rushed to hospital for immediate surgery.
However Kartik hides this news from Sirat where he wants her to win the Championship.
Sirat thus goes to rock the match and here on the other side Kartik struggle to save his life.
Doctors declare that Kartik needs blood and its unavailable when Sirat reaches at the right time to save him.
Sirat turns Kartik's savior where she donates her blood being a matching blood group of Kartik.
The duo gets happy to live for each other.
