It was earlier seen that Nandini gets threat call where she cannot afford to see Samar dead.

As Anupama and Samar stops Nandini from leaving she secretly leaves home and returns to US.

Unfortunately midway Nandini meets with deadly accident and Anuj and Samar reach there to save her life.

Samar does not choose Vanraj but he chooses Anuj to save Nandini's life.

The great Anuj manages to save Nandini's life by giving her immediate life support.
