It was earlier seen that Akshara is playing her game with Abhimanyu where she loves him but still gives him pain knowing his love for her.
Akshara is doing this for the sake of family happiness as she wants Aarohi to get her love.
Akshara is ready to bear the pain in her life where Neil grows much suspicious of Akshara's move on the idea.
Neil thus openly confronts Akshara over her real feelings for Abhimanyu when Akshara refuses to share the same as he is Abhimanyu's brother.
Neil gets the hint of Akshara being in love with Abhimanyu still and he confirms the same when Akshara saves Abhimanyu's life from the fire trap.
