The upcoming episode of Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani will show that Rani turns ill badly while taking care of Raja.
Rani takes care of Raja when he got injured with glass pieces but in returns of she gets unconscious.
Raja wakes up and finds Rani unconscious having high fever.
