The upcoming track of Star Plus popular serial Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai will showcase interesting twist and turn.
It was earlier seen that Akshara is fighting for her life.
Abhimanyu is performing the operation where Aarohi informs Kairav about Akshara's deadly accident and being hospitalized.
Manish Dadi Swarna are much shocked by this unfortunate development.
Dadi recalls how Naira Sirat died in the accident and does not want history to repeat itself again.
Dadi thus has a major showdown with Lord where she asks them to take her instead of Akshara.
Dadi is much hurt for giving pain to Akshara and making her fight for her life.
On the other side Akshara is dealing with much pain and Abhimanyu is trying his best to bring her back to life.
