The upcoming track of Star Plus popular serial Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai will showcase interesting twist and turn.

It was earlier seen that Harshvardhan was always against Akshara where he used to feel Akshara is the next Manjari.

Harshvardhan used to see Birla family's future in Aarohi and hence wanted Aarohi who is doctor to be Abhimanyu's wife.

However on the wedding day Harshvardhan learns that Aarohi is the wrong girl for Abhimanyu and Birla family's future is in danger if Aarohi comes as Abhimanyu's wife.

Harshvardhan realizes his big mistake and also decides to rectify the same for son Abhimanyu.

Harshvardhan loves Abhimanyu a lot

Harshvardhan even though he is selfish he loves his son Abhimanyu a lot.

Hence Harshvardhan go down on his knees where he asks Akshara to marry Abhimanyu.
