The upcoming track of Star Plus popular serial Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai will showcase interesting twist and turn.

It was earlier seen that Akshara collapse due as she injures her back also she did not get time to rest and eat well the entire day.

However Abhimanyu being besides her holds her when she falls off.

Akshara falls lifeless when Abhimanyu worries for her and rushes her to Goenka Mansion on Manjari's words.
