The upcoming track of Star Plus popular serial Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai will showcase interesting twists and turn.

It was earlier seen that Abhimanyu is not working for Birla Hospital.

Harshvardhan is trying to handle everything all alone with Anand and Mahima's support.

However most of the patients want Abhimanyu to treat them and hence they decide to get their treatment done by the best doctor Abhimanyu Birla only and not from anyone else.

Harshvardhan gets much annoyed when he leaves the hospital and reaches back to Birla house where he confronts Manjari and asks her to call Abhimanyu back to Birla hospital right away.
