Star Plus longest running serial Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai will showcase interesting twist and turn.

It was earlier seen that Manish feels the pain in his hand again and again when Anisha comes in and begins her drama.

Manish feels the pain but ignores the same and no one from the family notice the same.

When Manish goes to Birla House there too he is busy arguing and feels the pain in his hand which gets noticed by Abhimanyu.

Abhimanyu understands the medical signs and hence worries for Bade Papa.

However seeing Manish fine Abhimanyu does not stop him that time.

Hence later Abhimanyu reaches Goenka house to talk to Akshu when he gives some medicines for Manish and asks her to get the tests done for Bade Papa.

Abhimanyu turns life savior for Manish

Akshara agrees but before that Aarohi creates some drama and Manish gets cardiac arrest.

Fortunately Abhimanyu was present home then and there where he begins the treatment turning life savior for Manish.
