The upcoming episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai will show that Karthik has turned complete crazy lover of Naira.
Karthik is sad because she cannot confess his feeling to his lady love Naira because Naira did not yet give any signal to him.
However, Karthik’s love gets stronger whenever; naira thanks him or praised him for his work.
Karthik is ill and is happy seeing Naira concern for him so he starts dreaming again about his and Naira’s love story.
