Looks like Anuj got friendly with few girls and one of them have sent her daughter the orphanage as she did not wanted to live with the baby without husband.

And she failed to contact Anuj back and hence she went away but told Anuj about the same.

Now Anuj have married Anupama and decided to adopt Anu.
