The upcoming episode of Kabhi Kabhi Ittefaq Se TV serial of Star Plus will now see Gungun coming across a huge dilemma in her life.

Gungun surely gets to meet Anubhav but things don't come in her favor for long and but only get worse.

Charu compels Gungun to leave Anubhav's life and never return or he will sacrifice the food and water.

Thus, Gungun leaves the hospital.

However, when she realizes that she can't leave Anubhav who is the love of her life and without whom she cannot live, she thus decides to make her final decision.
