The upcoming episode of Star Plus popular serial Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein will showcase interesting twist and turn.

It was earlier seen that poor Sayi goes to get Geeta for the procedure of surrogacy where Sayi was unaware of the big storm entering her life.

Sayi gets attacked by goons where she lies unconscious and no one comes to help her.
