The upcoming episode of Star Plus popular serial Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein will showcase interesting twist and turn.

It was earlier seen that Pakhi decides to get close to Virat by some or the other way when Sayi comes in between to flop all her plan.

Pakhi wanted a hug from Virat but Sayi comes in between to hug her and keeps Virat at bay.

Now Pakhi decides to see the doctor where she wants Virat to take her to the doctor when Sayi decides to attend the doctor and Pakhi together and keep Virat away.

Post reaching home Pakhi is much angry as Sayi is failing all her plans one after the another when Pakhi feels burdened of the new responsibility.

Major confrontation amid Sayi and Pakhi

When Sayi thus confronts Pakhi asks her to unfold the real mystery and the khufiya Raaz behind her turning the surrogate at the end moment despite of Sayi being against the decision.
