The upcoming episode of Star Plus popular serial Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein will showcase interesting twist and turn.
It was earlier seen that Sayi is not keeping well where she is showing up pregnancy symptoms.
Sayi is doing all the work where Pakhi is just enjoying her life where she does not seems to be pregnant too.
Here Sayi is showing all the symptoms and Pakhi is just pretending to be pregnant.
On the other side Ashwini is noticing all this when Sayi feels vomiting like and getting nausea again and again.
Virat also notices strange things and at the end Bhavani too witness the same.
