Actor Manraj Singh Sarma recently shared a cryptic post regarding self-isolation on Instagram, leaving fans worried whether everything is fine with him or not.While posting a picture of himself, Manraj wrote in the caption, “You are an electromagnetic being emitting a frequency. Only those things that are on the same frequency as the one you are emitting can come into your experience. Every single person, event, and circumstance in your day is testing you to see what frequency you are on. Isolation is a beautiful thing, in that it allows you to reduce your exposure to the quantum entanglements of people, events and circumstances, which can quickly go unchecked, be chaotic and overwhelming while in the everyday mode of life. This is a minimalist approach to taking stock of your energy, All the seeds that you plant, which need watering, all the commitments that require follow through, the open loops and ripple effects which is our job in life to continually manage."

He further added, "Mental RAM gets overloaded and this is where burn out Occurs. Isolation, is a retreat from being your programmed self, allows you to see the program you're running from another perspective, perhaps noticing the blind spot that it creates, which when gone unchecked compounds and causes problems in the future. In short- Sit back, relax, spend time with yourself, heal, listen to music, have good thoughts about yourself and others around you and just absorb yourself and be true to yourself. Cause you can hide all you want from others but You know You... can't run or hide. Self isolation for gaining perspective is the key.”
