Naira (Shivangi Joshi) shattered knowing Karthik (Mohsin Khan) leaving country in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai

Love confession between Karthik and Naira is getting interesting day by day in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.
