Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein: Patralekha returns with mental instability

A lot is going to happen challenging for Virat and Sayi after the tragic bus accident next in the story of Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein TV serial.

Earlier seen how Pakhi gets sad when Virat and Sayi win the couple competition and become King Father and Queen Mom.

Though Virat tries his best to cheer up Pakhi, unfortunately, this is eventually an end for Pakhi and this is why after Virat saves Sayi, Pakhi doesn't save herself but falls back.

Pakhi falls back becoming hopeless as she sees Virat giving mouth to mouth oxygen to Sayi while he needed to save her (Pakhi) also.
