Zee TV's interesting and highly action packed show Kumkum Bhagya is gearing up for another high voltage drama.
It is seen that Prachi and Sid are ready for the marriage while Rhea and Alia are winning.
However, here comes a big twist when Rhea gets hurt during the fuction and she is rushed to the hospital.
