The upcoming episode of Star Plus popular serial Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein will showcase interesting twist and turn.
It seems Pulkit calls Sayi on an urgent basis where it is seen that Pakhi is much more critical and she can survive only if her uterus is removed.
On the other side it is seen that Bhavani when she learns about the uterus removal by Sayi, Bhavani objects.
Bhavani does not want this procedure to be done as the Waaris of the house is not there yet.
Bhavani is more worried about the heir of the family and hence wants to stop this operation.
While Sayi is shocked to the core to see that Bhavani care for the heir of the family and not Pakhi's life.
