The major upcoming twist in Star Plus serial Anupama will see Anupama returning back in the Shah Family.
The current story witnesses how Paritosh suffers a paralytic stroke which lands him in ICU.
Now his condition is deteriorating and everything is falling shattered for the Shah Family, especially for Kinjal.
Thus, Anupama here takes the shocking decision of returning to the Shah Family to take care of Paritosh.
Henceforth, this major step of hers changes everything for Anuj.
