Zee TV serial Maitree is about to see further a big change in Maitree's life.
The ongoing storyline revolves around how Ashish is taking care of his son.
Now Sona is not ready to let Maitree stay in the house but the latter is adamant to stay back and take care of Nandini's child.
Thus, Sona puts a condition that if she wants to live then she will have to live a widow.
However, Maitree is not ready for the same and there she burns her and Saransh's marriage picture announcing her new start.
Maitree announces that she is no longer a widow and will now start fresh having her own identity.
