Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein is revolving around Pakhi trying to destroy Sai’s career
It seems that Sai is having an emotional moment as she will receive a notice from Pakhi.
Pakhi will be seen claiming that Sai and Pulkit took out her uterus purposefully and hence have to face criminal charges as well as medical licence can be revoked.
Virat knows that this is not the truth and will go to talk to Pakhi so that she takes complain away.
However Pakhi will make it very clear that she is not going to change her decision and they should not pressurise her.
Later Satya will enter as blessing in disguise to help Sai against these allegations.
