Sumbul Touqeer approached to play IPS Officer in untitled show

Sumbul Touqeer was first seen in Star Plus show Imlie where she played the female protagonist.

She later went on to participate in Colors reality show Bigg Boss and got trolled for her closeness with fellow contestant Shalin.

It is heard that Sumbul has been approached for an upcoming show on Sony TV.

Interestingly, the same show was previously offered to Sumbul's close friend Ulka Gupta.

Our source reveals, "Sumbul has been approached for the show and is currently considering it." 

However, there has been no official confirmation yet.

The show, produced by DJ's Creative Unit, revolves around the love story of two government officials—an IAS officer and an IPS officer.

Sumbul new show ahead

It explores the challenges faced by the woman after their marriage, as she is expected to prioritize her partner over her career.

It will be interesting to see Sumbul playing a very different character in the show.
