In an interview with @igbollywood, Hina Khan addressed the comparisons between the on-screen pairings of Shahina (Hina and Shaheer) and Tejran (Karan and Tejasswi). She acknowledged the significance of these comparisons, stating, "It's definitely a big deal. But as you mentioned, it's difficult to choose between Shahina and Tejran. I think both couples look beautiful together. Karan and Tejasswi had their song 'Barish' last year, and they looked amazing in it. I don't think we can draw comparisons and decide who looks better. When a song is written, it's based on a particular artist in mind, and it's written accordingly. Maybe this time we got that opportunity."

She mentioned that while she is content, she also observes that many people around her who are already married experience a mix of happiness and occasional worries.
