Recently, it is seen how Romil witnesses Adhik manhandling Pakhi behind closed doors after which the latter asks him to keep it secret from the family.

Romil surely kept the secret for longer but now when Anupama and Anuj insult him before his friends, now he is triggered to expose Pakhi's secret to them.
