Star Plus Hindi popular TV serial Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein is about to see a big turning point in the upcoming episode storyline with Isha getting gunshot in Bhosle Institute.
As per the ongoing storyline, it is seen how Ishaan gives divorce papers to Isha asking her to sign them and get out of his family's life.
Isha is badly hurt seeing Ishaan's hatred for her but now everything is going to change when Mandar's deadly goon shoots the gun at Isha and she falls unconscious in Ishaan's arms.
Ishaan's hatred for Isha suddenly vanishes and he hospitalizes her before it is too late.
However, when Isha suffers a huge loss of blood and urgently needs O-ve blood, thankfully Ishaan only comes forth as her rescuer.
And that's when everything changes.
Moving on in the storyline, you will see Ishaan is going to forget the painful past to take care of his mother.
