As per the ongoing storyline, it is seen how Tapish enters into the frame wherein Anupama gets Samar's vibes from him.

Anupama offers dance trainer job to Tapish and requests him to join her academy.

So, Malti Devi returns the academy to Dimpy whereafter she gives the key to Anupama because Samar wanted the same.
