A big change is coming up next in the Star Plus Hindi TV series Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein (GHKKPM) second generation story which is about Ishaan (Shakti Arora) and Savi (Bhavika Sharma) love story.

Ishaan intensely hates Savi after she exposes Akka Saheb and the painful past about how Isha was forced to leave him.
