Karthik (Mohsin Khan) and Naira (Shivangi Joshi) to have romantic exercise in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai

The upcoming episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai will show that Karthik tells Naira about he has selected ring for her.
