Mera Balam Thanedaar: Shagun Pandey and Shruti S Choudhary new show to replace Chaand Jalne Laga

Indian Television Colors Channel is launching a new TV serial 'Mera Balam Thanedaar' starring the prominent actors Shagun Pandey and Shruti Sanjeev Choudhary in the lead character role.

The show story is going to revolve around a minor girl Bulbul who doesn't know that she is a minor.

She strongly rebels against society's stereotype of marrying minor girls, coincidentally she ends up falling in love with a Police Inspector.

The new promo is out wherein Bulbul's mother burns Bulbul's birth certificate and hides her truth about being minor.

And therefore, she gets her married to Thanedaar.

Interestingly, this marriage is only a compromise for both Thanedaar and Bulbul but Bulbul has taken an oath to fulfil all the duties of being a wife.

The show is going on-air by 3rd January, 2024 taking the time slot of 9:30 PM.

Deva and Tara's love story to end

With this show taking the prime time slot, the ongoing show Chaand Jalne Laga starring Vishal Aditya Singh and Kanika Mann is going off-air.

The fans are quite upset with the channel pulling off such a nice show even when it was garnering good TRP and also had a good storyline.
