It seems Jhanak misses her mother on her birthday where she decides to talk to her friend Rahul.
Rahul wishes Jhanak on her birthday where she feels happy that someone is there who knows about her birthday.
Anirudh who was suspecting Jhanak and Rahul's affair feels sad for her.
Anirudh has tears in his eyes where Arshi's birthday is high class affair and nothing for Jhanak.
Hence Anirudh sends roses and cake for Jhanak but Jhanak takes the same gift and gives the same to Arshi.
When the entire family scolds Jhanak for looting someone of birthday gift Anirudh angrily states that this gift was for Jhanak leaving everyone angry and shocked.
