Today’s match between Gujarat Titans and Kolkata Knight Riders was snatched by GT with their efficient batting and bowling in both innings.

Gujarat Titans won today’s match by 39 runs as Kolkata finished batting 20 overs with just 159 runs on board.

With this win on their side, GT hold onto their position as table toppers in the points table and become closer to qualification with 12 points in just 8 matches.

Kolkata Knight Riders faced a crushing defeat with their second consecutive loss against Gujarat Titans on the home ground of Eden Gardens.

Gujarat Titans batted first after losing the toss, but set a high score of 198 for KKR to chase in the second innings.

The 198 target score of GT was accomplished by the fantastic partnership of Shubhman Gill and Sai Sudharshan.

Kolkata Knight Riders dropped some important catches and showed weak fielding, which added to their poor performance in today’s match.
