Today’s match between Mumbai Indians and Delhi Capitals has reached its halfway mark with Mumbai Indians batting in the first innings.

MI managed to forge a target score of 205 runs for the batters of Delhi Capitals with a good score to defend.

However, Delhi Capitals batters have been in a dangerous form this season, with batters like KL Rahul and Axar Patel.

KL Rahul made a massive score of 93 runs in the previous match against Royal Challengers Bangalore while chasing in the second innings.

It will be a great responsibility on the bowlers of the Mumbai Indians to get the important wickets quickly if they want to pocket today’s victory.

Captain Hardik Pandya could not manage to score today with getting out with just 2 runs from his bat.

Rickelton gave a good start in the power play for MI, which was then continued by Tilak Verma, who made 59 runs in just 33 balls.

Suryakumar Yadav also played an important inning, making 40 runs in 28 balls.

Naman Dhir gave the Mumbai Indians a great finish with his high hits and ended the innings with 38 runs in just 17 balls.

Coming to the bowling squad of DC, they managed to get 5 wickets, which lowered the score a bit by 20-25 runs.

Kuldeep Yadav bowled an excellent spell where he gained two important wickets, accompanied by Vipraj, who also took two wickets.

Mitchell Starc got expensive for DC as he gave away 43 runs in the 3 overs he bowled without getting any wickets.
